Trainer with over 20 years of experience in HR areas.

Expert with a hands-on approach in selecting KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities. Promoter of dialogue between Business & HR in the organization. Expert in Management by Objectives (ZPC, MBO) system, supports companies to quickly and intuitively carry out the process of goal setting and their ongoing cascading and monitoring.

He has many years of experience in advising boards of multinational companies on employer branding, diversity management and modeling the desired organizational culture, including post-acquisition and post-merger organizational culture building. Hundreds of recruitment processes conducted, including as a certified AC/DC Assessor. Experienced in the implementation and certification of the SA8000 (Social Accountability) standard.

For the past 10 years, she has been working in the manufacturing sector as an HR Manager facing ISO, BRC, QRM, Lean Manufacturing standards. He is currently responsible for building a consistent and positive image of the company as an employer in the role of Regional HR Manager Poland at Viskase Poland.

Lecturer and trainer at the MBA program "Human Capital Management" at WSH. An internal trainer in the organization, she leads development projects for middle-level staff. She conducted workshops on "Modern HR tools" used in recruitment for the Katowice WUP.

Initiator of cyclical meetings of HR Managers from LSSE. Substantive partner in the project to create a salary report from the LSSE region, expanded to include absenteeism and fluctuation rates. Originator and executor of the project to create a vocational class on the profile of plastics operator in cooperation with the School Complex No. 1 in Lubin.

Graduate of an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. Certified International Human Resource Manager (CICHRM©) and Certified International Professional Trainer® (CIPT®).

She specializes in building HR strategy, development and incentive programs, annual appraisals, interpersonal communication, compensation and benefit system management. He conducts trainings for HR Managers, HR Business Partners, among others.
