Competency Survey

Competency survey is an online test that will help you identify your competency gaps in knowledge and skills and get used to the theory exam formula.

The competency survey will help you determine which level of training will be optimal for you.

You can buy the competency survey separately, while in the full blended-learning course it is already included in the training price.

EXAM AND CERTIFICATION

The exam consists of a test of 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the level chosen, a presentation of a management task or management project.

Competency survey

The survey will tell you what you need to learn. It will allow you to monitor whether you are completing this knowledge and skills you need during training.

Access to e-learning platform

You will have access to the platform throughout the course and for up to two months after its completion. E-learning includes both materials and gives you the opportunity to communicate quickly with your group mentor and other trainees.

Workshops with a trainer

During the workshop you will practice specific skills, develop or obtain managerial tools that will allow you to work effectively.

You will take the exam at the level of your choice and it will vary depending on the level.

Training for HR managers at the basic level can be done in the form of 8 DAYS OF GROUP PARTICIPATION or 4 DAYS OF INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION.

The basic level of training for HR managers consists of four modules. Within each of them, different issues will be discussed.

CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL ®

MODULE I - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

•Designing recruitment processes by planning the recruitment, selection and implementation stage,

•Analyzing and describing jobs,

•Planning and allocation of human resources in the organization, implementation of performance improvement programs, use of the differences between HRM and IHRM,

•Creation of international human resource management standards, international ethical principles and ethical standards,

•Application of international standards for human resource planning.

MODULE II - REMUNERATION SYSTEMS

•Diagnosing the determinants of financial remuneration within the organization,

•Designing the salary grid within the organization,

•Designing a benefit system within the organization, in accordance with regulations and the organization's cost policy,

•Measuring work performance to achieve the organization's strategic goals, designing appropriate performance indicators,

•Formulating remuneration strategies in accordance with international standards.

MODULE III - LABOR LAW, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

•Diagnosing the determinants of financial remuneration within the organization,

•Designing the salary grid within the organization,

•Designing a benefit system within the organization, in accordance with regulations and the organization's cost policy,

This offer applies to a group of 10 people. However, in the case of a smaller number of people, we can shorten the training program to 4 days.

This is due to our concern for your time, because the workshop is very interactive and in the case of a smaller number of people, the program can be completed in less time, with the completion of each point of the program.

•Techniques and tools for influencing the level of motivation of subordinates.

MODULE III- TOOLS OF HR MANAGER'S WORK

•Design and use of periodic evaluation tools, building career paths,

•Application of selected IHRM theories in the home environment, development planning of individuals and organizations vs. counseling styles,

•Planning recruitment and selection processes based on job description and competency requirements,

•Conducting recruitment interviews at senior management levels,

•Conducting supervision of subordinates.

MODULE IV - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

•Building a talent management system in the organization,

•Building development programs with respect to managers,

•Building a competency grid and competency management,

•Design of distance learning channels and systems,

•Conducting the process of identifying and analyzing training and development needs,

•Preparation of training sessions and teaching materials,

•The use of consulting, coaching and mentoring in the development process of subordinates.

In addition, she is an ICF certified coach and team coach, a licensed consultant of Mental Toughness (MTQ48) - a scientific model for the study and development of mental toughness, a practitioner of the Points of You method and Rational Behavioral Therapy, and a licensed professional counselor. She earned the International Project Management Association (IPMA®) project manager certification.
She specializes in the topics of stress prevention and creating friendly work environments centered around Management 3.0, interpersonal communication, team building, human resource management and negotiation.
